At Lowellita, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new handbag. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging (the dust bag and box, if applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact us at customer@lowellita.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number.

  2. The name of the item you wish to return.

  3. The reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customer@lowellita.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
